Our Journey & Vision

Delta Coaching is a service that helps intoverts earn more, have the relationships they want and sleep better at night. Unlike many focused on techniques and quick fixes, our approach is based on deep personal transformation that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.

The vision is simple:

“Build a better world by aspiring for the extraordinary in your own life.”

Once we’re gone, everything we do becomes everything we’ve ever done and its worth boils down to the choices we made. The Delta Coaching movement is about doing the right thing, even if it’s not easy.

Everything I do is dedicated to people who aspire to be extraordinary

Since an early age, I’ve always found deep inspiration in people who managed to dust off, lick their wounds, recover and come back for more when everything around seemed to crumble. As their worlds fell apart, they kept looking for a better way. People who remained kind under immense pressure. People who overcame instead of giving in. People who journeyed into evil, betrayal and violence, but kept that spark in their eye and a smile on their face.

And since that early age, I couldn’t imagine ever being good enough to be like one of those people. There was so much seemingly wrong with me. I wasn’t that brave, I wasn’t that strong, I wasn’t that kind, I wasn’t that disciplined. Of course, you can make believe that you’re a good person, but is that a valid claim? Just because you haven’t been exposed to enough evil to totally corrupt you doesn’t mean you are a good person. And the worst part is:

I didn't think that I could ever change...

But every so often I would get little glimpses into the transformative power that each of us possesses…

When I was 6, I lived in the same street as another boy, around 10 at the time. We mostly got along, but whenever there was any dispute might made right because he was much stronger. I couldn’t take him on, so I would always back off. I told my mom that I didn’t know what to do about it. And in her wisdom, she didn’t go and give him a stern talking to. She didn’t go and talk to the boy’s mom either….

What she did was find a highly regarded Sambo (wrestling) trainer in our area and signed me up. The man trained multiple European and World Champions and knew better than anyone how to develop a child into a physically capable young adult. He didn’t sell shortcuts, he didn’t tell you it was going to be a breeze, he didn’t make jokes. What he did instead was warm you up and WORK you. And without fail, I went there for two hours three times a week and put my nose to the grindstone as hard as a 6 year old could. Facing such rigid structure was excruciating for a child, but I remember making the conscious decision to stick with it.

Months flew by, I kept training, going to school, playing outside, doing the usual kid things. But one day, I ended up having another small quarrel with that boy. And like most other times, he imposed himself, stood in front of me and asked if he really needed to sort me out. Once again, I was at a point where a decision had to be made – either I stand up to him or I back down and things remain the same. This time though, instead of me backing off he went to the ground first. I managed to hold him down, talk some sense into him and we haven’t had an issue ever again.

Just like that, I suddenly found myself on a new level.

I didn’t write this to brag about winning a fight, but it’s my earliest experience that sums up the process of growth, in ANY skill or field, step by step:

  1. Not being good at something.

  2. Choosing a path towards improvement.

  3. Getting an experienced coach/mentor who can guide you.

  4. Suffering the pain of discipline, but not giving up.

  5. Transforming and becoming better than you thought you could be.

  6. Reaping the rewards of being on a new level.

Choose To Walk The Path...

Extraordinary people aren’t born. They become that way when they choose to face adversity. Each time you confront your weakness, you get stronger. Even if you lose, you learn and grow a little. Of course, confidence is important to have, but if it isn’t grounded in the reality of your strengths and weaknesses as well as in REAL competence, it just ends up being smugness and grandiosity WITHOUT REAL RESULTS.

And the best mentor or a coach won’t give you the shortcut. He won’t have a silver bullet or some magical secret. But he will have experience that will streamline your journey by cutting out the pointless suffering. It may not be easy, but your effort won’t be wasted. He will guide you away from unnecessary side paths and silly mistakes because he has been down that road many times before you. It works that way in sport, in business, in learning to play guitar, in breaking out of anxiety and in sharpening your mind for success. This is exactly why I do what I do.

I dedicate all available time and resources towards improving my own skills and redirecting them towards my clients, ensuring they achieve their personal highest potential. My work is dedicated to past, present and future people who made a decision to start down that road. To me, there are few things more fulfilling and inspiring than helping a determined person on their path and watching them move forward forthrightly, growing stronger, becoming extraordinary.
